1:Question : How long the item will be dispatched

Answer : Your item will be ready for shipping in 48 to 72 hours

2:Question : How long will I receive my item

3:Question : Where can I track my order ?

4: Qusetion : I have received the fulfilled email ,why I still can't track my order?

Answer: Your package has been sent out and is in the process of customs clearance. The specific tracking information cannot be queried during customs clearance. You will be able to track your logistics information after a few days of customs clearance.

5: Question : Could I cancel my order ?

Answer : Yes .you can cancel your order before we sending out your item, contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel the order ,we will full refund your money.
